His family dropped him off at the shelter claiming they could not afford to care for him. It doesn't make any sense to us because they weren't taking care of him anyway, he was not up to date on shots, he has heartworms and has a cherry eye which requires surgery and will be done before he is adopted. The poor guy has had a rough life, he deserves a home where he will be treated as royalty. If you are interested in adopting him, you must have a fenced in yard, no small children and flawless vet records. If you don't have vet records because you don't have a pet or you haven't had a pet in a long time, it won't be necessary for you to contact us.
